Has rhinestone accents around neckline

and I know there aren't a whole many of these out there

20's Cream Colored Wool Cloche with a Forest Green Cord and Bow orange tab "The Hunt"Made of expertly molded cream colored wool, this cloche hat is right out of the 1920s. With a forest green cord that's tied into a bow, and its original sizing tag still intact, this hat is authentically antique. A size small 22 circumference In great antique shape. Several small holes all roughly the same size. Please see accompanying photo. No makers label, only size tag which reads "22".
